Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal & General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies.

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead complex projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless delivery, lasting client relationships, and successful outcomes across the full engagement lifecycle.

This is a client-facing leadership role at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and client success.

• Lead multi-month, cross-functional projects ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building trust
• Drive Agile practices, daily operations, and issue resolution across teams
• Nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction
  

• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects (ideally BPM), preferably in the public sector. 
• Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Proven delivery management skills — able to guide both people and process
• Agile mindset and hands-on problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
