We are looking for a Backend Engineer for Stealth Startup in agentic analytics/financial modelling.
As a developer with us, you will take end-to-end ownership of our critical backend services—from API design and database orchestration to scaling our cloud infrastructure and building reliable CI/CD pipelines.
About the team
We are a newly founded, pre-seed startup established by three former Klarna alumni, and you will join as one of our very first hires. We are based in a coworking space at Spårvagnshallarna in Stockholm.
About you
To succeed in this role, you need:
- 2+ years of experience from a big tech company, ideally working with data platform products.
- Solid backend engineering experience using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with platform engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- To be comfortable navigating the strict security requirements associated with financial data.
- To be excited about building, scaling, and optimizing complex backend systems in an early-stage startup environment.
Experience with GCP, Python, Databricks, or any of the databases in our stack (Neo4j, Firestore, Delta Lake) is a strong plus, but not a strict requirement.
