🚀 Hiring: Advanced Analytics Expert | Stockholm

A Nordic strategy consultancy is hiring a hands-on analytics specialist to build and own its internal analytics capability.

This is a rare role focused on advanced modelling, tooling and real commercial impact across consulting projects.

This is a hands-on specialist role with real influence. You will build internal analytics approaches, upskill consultants, develop new ways of working and drive innovation in how data is used across client projects. No BD pressure, no heavy project management and a clear path to becoming the firm’s technical authority in analytics.

This is not a pure BI, data engineering or PM role.

✅ Must-have experience

✔️ Strong hands-on analytics capability (Python, statistical modelling, advanced analysis)

✔️ Experience working in a consulting environment or closely supporting consultants on client problems

✔️ Ability to translate complex analytics into practical commercial insight
