You will join an advanced software environment within the automotive sector, working with Android Automotive solutions that combine application and system-level development. The assignment suits someone who enjoys technical challenges, values quality, and thrives in a collaborative team setting with multiple parallel activities.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain Android applications and system-level software for Android Automotive.
- Work hands-on with AOSP and the AOSP build system.
- Create robust solutions using modern architectural patterns such as MVP, MVVM, layered architecture, and refactoring practices.
- Contribute to testing activities using Android testing frameworks.
- Support and improve continuous integration workflows.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to deliver high-quality software.
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electronics, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
- Several years’ of deep experience in Android app- and Android System development.
- Good knowledge in Android Java, Kotlin, and Android Studio.
- Deep experience in AOSP and the AOSP build system.
- Familiarity with modern app architectural patterns such as MVP, MVVM, layered architecture, and refactoring.
- Good knowledge of Android testing frameworks such as JUnit, Espresso, and Mockito.
- Experience in Continuous Integration.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in development in Android Automotive.
- Experience from Automotive Infotainment, for example settings applications or similar solutions.
- Valid driver’s license, B-level.
- Experience from the automotive industry.
