DESCRIPTION

As a Platform Engineer on our Real-Time Communications team in Stockholm or Malmö, you'll take true ownership of the critical infrastructure that powers our global Voice, Video, and Verification products. Your mission is to build and automate the world-class internal platforms that empower our developers-your key stakeholders-to ship cutting-edge solutions with speed and confidence. By working with a modern tech stack at a global scale, your work is essential for accelerating innovation and ensuring the reliability of our core products.

• Design and build the scalable self-service platform that enables our product engineering teams.

• Own and automate CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps principles.

• Manage and improve our Kubernetes-based infrastructure, including service mesh and observability tooling.

• Lead incident investigations and drive continuous improvements to system reliability and performance.

• Act as a cloud and infrastructure expert, guiding development teams on building resilient, high-throughput services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar infrastructure-focused role.

• Deep expertise in building and scaling secure infrastructure on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

• Strong, hands-on experience with Kubernetes at scale, including service mesh and GitOps principles (using tools like Helm, Flux, etc.).

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD automation (e.g., GitLab CI).

• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills with a passion for enabling other engineers.
