Network/Security Engineer (Palo Alto | NGFW | Panorama)
We are currently looking for a Senior Firewall Engineer to join a global enterprise firewall team, focusing on advanced engineering, optimization, and security improvements across a complex network environment.
In this role, you will work hands-on with next-generation firewalls (NGFW) and Panorama centralized management, driving performance tuning, security posture improvements, and advanced troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead implementation and optimization of Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama
• Perform policy reviews, rule optimization, and security improvements
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting (routing, HA, IPSec VPN, SSL decryption)
• Perform health checks and environment audits
• Support performance tuning and operational efficiency improvements
• Provide technical oversight and architectural guidance
• Conduct knowledge transfer and mentoring sessions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to best practices
Key Requirements
• 5–10+ years of experience in network and security engineering
• Strong expertise in Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama
• Experience with firewall migrations and optimization projects
• Strong routing knowledge (BGP, OSPF)
• Experience with SASE / Prisma platforms
• Strong documentation, communication, and mentoring skills
