Your New Role

We are looking for an experienced Workstream Lead within Supply Chain Planning for a large international company within the manufacturing industry.


In this role, you will take full ownership of the “P2F Supply Chain Planning” workstream within a major transformation program, focusing on implementing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain planning processes across business, systems, and data.


You will lead a cross-functional team consisting of business process leads, SMEs, and experts within data, testing, change, and deployment, while collaborating closely with external implementation partners.


A key part of your role will be to ensure seamless integration between planning processes and other critical areas such as logistics, finance, and procurement. You will also drive solution design, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of the workstream from both a business and IT perspective.


The Role Includes:

  • Leading the full delivery of the P2F Supply Chain Planning workstream
  • Driving collaboration across multiple business and IT workstreams
  • Ensuring end-to-end process alignment and system integration (SAP and legacy systems)
  • Managing stakeholders, decision forums, and expectations
  • Identifying and resolving solution gaps together with partners and business teams
  • Coordinating resources and ensuring efficient team delivery
  • Supporting cutover, readiness activities, and hypercare
  • Acting as an ambassador for the new solution and transformation journey

Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.

Working model: Hybrid (on-site in Stockholm with remote possibilities)

Salary: According to agreement

Start date: 2026-04-01

End date: 2027-03-31, with the possibility of extension

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects within supply chain planning, combining business and system perspectives
  • Experience working with SAP implementations, especially S/4HANA and IBP
  • Experience with SAP Activate or hybrid implementation methodologies
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and their integration with sales, procurement, finance, and manufacturing
  • Experience working with both ERP systems and custom-built solutions, including integration challenges
  • Experience with process modelling tools such as Signavio
  • SAP certifications within S/4HANA (PPDS, PPQM) or IBP
  • Knowledge of MES systems and their integration with ERP
