We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our project team in the e-commerce domain as an outsource partner. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital products by designing and executing test scenarios, identifying issues, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

In this role, you will primarily focus on software testing and quality assurance, while also supporting the team in clarifying requirements and ensuring that implemented features align with business expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases and test scenarios for web-based applications.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify bugs, functional issues, and usability problems.
• Document and track defects using issue tracking tools and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Validate new features and ensure they meet defined acceptance criteria and business requirements.
• Support regression testing and verify fixes before releases.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected user flows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to improving testing processes and quality practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Experience writing test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
