We’re looking for a Financial Products Senior Manager who will help set the direction, vision for getirfinans.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end strategy, development, and management of financial products, ensuring strong alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Own and drive the financial products portfolio, including loans, and overdraft products, maximizing profitability, customer value, and market competitiveness.
• Define and execute comprehensive pricing, growth, and marketing strategies to enhance product performance and expand market share.
• Provide strategic leadership in product lifecycle management, from ideation and development to launch, optimization, and scaling.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with technology, marketing, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of financial products.
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and drive data-driven product decisions.
• Establish and optimize operational workflows, implementing industry best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments, proactively adapting strategies to strengthen the product portfolio.
• Mentor and guide product managers and team members, fostering a high-performance and innovation-driven culture.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking, fintech, or financial services sector, with significant exposure to financial product management.
• Proven experience managing and scaling financial products such as consumer loans, or overdraft products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking with demonstrated experience in portfolio management, pricing strategy, and business development.
• Solid understanding of financial services market dynamics, product profitability, and customer lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
