We’re looking for a curious, driven, and hands-on Brand Manager to join Humm Organic and help us grow one of the most loved organic snack brands for children.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead offline brand communication including campaigns, activations, events, and brand experiences
- Support new product launches and manage go-to-market communication plans
- Work on product positioning, pricing strategy, and portfolio management
- Plan and execute shopper marketing initiatives across key sales channels
- Manage creative, PR, media, event, and research agencies
- Track consumer, category, and competitor trends and turn insights into action
- Support market research and consumer insight projects
- Work closely with sales, R&D, and cross-functional teams to support commercial growth
- Help shape integrated campaigns across media, digital, PR, and retail touchpoints
- Track brand performance and support marketing budget management
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably FMCG.
- Experienced in product launches, brand communication, and agency management
- Comfortable working with data, pricing, and performance tracking
- Curious about consumer behavior, trends, and category dynamics
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent in English
