What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and ship AI-powered product features end-to-end, from idea to production
• Work directly on prompts, AI workflows, model outputs, and product logic
• Dive deep into product analytics: identify patterns, drop-offs, and growth opportunities
• Define, track, and optimize key metrics (retention, conversion, LTV, etc.)
• Run experiments (A/B tests, pricing tests, onboarding flows) and iterate fast
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ship quickly and improve continuously
• Turn ambiguous ideas into measurable product outcomes
• Obsess over product performance: not just building features, but making them work
• Stay on top of the latest AI tools and apply them directly to real product problems

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on product mindset: you build, test, and iterate yourself
• Highly analytical: you can break down funnels, cohorts, and user behavior deeply
• Ability to define meaningful metrics and evaluate the impact of every feature, experiment, and product improvement
• Experience working on AI-powered products
• Comfortable working close to code and technical systems
• Comfortable using product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms
• Strong intuition for product + strong rigor with data (you balance both)
• Experience with growth, retention, and monetization is highly preferred
• High agency: you take ownership and move fast without waiting for direction
• Execution-driven and obsessed with shipping and improving
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
