AI Software Engineer | LLM & RAG | Remote
NTEGRATOR is a new business line at LEOCODE, focused on building AI agents and intelligent automations for real-world business problems.
We create solutions at the intersection of software development and AI: from RAGs and multi-agent systems to advanced integrations with clients’ existing systems.
We’re looking for people who can work independently, take ownership, and aren’t afraid to operate with incomplete documentation, changing requirements, and ambitious goals.

Recruitment process
NTEGRATOR is a new business line at LEOCODE, focused on building AI agents and intelligent automations for real-world business problems.
We create solutions at the intersection of software development and AI: from RAGs and multi-agent systems to advanced integrations with clients’ existing systems.
We’re looking for people who can work independently, take ownership, and aren’t afraid to operate with incomplete documentation, changing requirements, and ambitious goals.

- Want to build AI agents, not just prompt models
- Are interested in process automation, agent systems, RAG, eval, tracing
- Think end-to-end (from idea to production)
- Take responsibility for what goes to production
- Can connect technology with real business value
- Must have: Experience building AI agents or LLM-based systems
- Strong knowledge of:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Python
- Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, BERT)
- Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Ownership and independence:
- Fast reaction to production issues (fix / rollback)
- Thinking about monitoring, logs, observability
- Preventing recurring failures
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete documentation and time pressure
- Very good communication skills in Polish and English
- Experience with RAG, MCP, context & memory, tool-use, eval, tracing
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex (or similar)
- Consulting or client-facing project experience
- Understanding of costs, timelines, and tech trade-offs
