What is the Summary of This Position?

In this role, you will analyze business needs and develop comprehensive AI solutions, including LLM powered systems and predictive models, to support data driven decision making and create business value. The position reports to the Business Intelligence Executive.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Analyzing business needs to design creative and data-focused solutions,
• Design, build, and operate LLM-powered features end-to-end: model customization, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and scalable backend services,
• Build and optimize demand forecasting and predictive models by conducting analytical data modeling using Python and associated ML/DS tools,
• Converting data analysis findings into business language and reporting the results to the top management,
• Track and coordinate AI projects with external vendors, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and business unit requirements,
• Prepare clear and thorough technical documentation for all solutions, architectures, and workflows,
• Following the latest developments in data science and AIfields.

Which Profile Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's or MS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering,
• Strong practical knowledge of Python and SQL,
• Capable of working with different data sources,
• End-to-end AI lifecycle experience from data preparation and model development to deployment and monitoring,
• Practical experience with conversational AI projects — Chatbots, AI Assistants, and Agents — including advanced RAG solutions,
• Proven experience in implementing AI and machine learning projects on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud,
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
