Job Description
We are looking for an IT Compliance Specialist to join our team and support the compliance and audit coordination/support activities within our Information Security, Quality and Process Management Department.
The successful candidate will assist in ensuring that IT processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industry Engineering, Information Systems or a related field,
- Recent graduate or up to 3 years of professional experience,
- Basic knowledge of IT governance or IT compliance processes,
- Familiarity with frameworks or regulations such as ISO 27001, ITIL,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Good written and verbal English communication skills,
- Strong documentation and reporting skills,
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment,
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate / plan IT audit activities with related stakeholders,
- Follow up IT findings’ status resulting from audit activities,
- Coordinate IT trainings,
- Publish and keep IT procedures and process documents up-to-date,
- Assist in preparing IT documentation, reports, and compliance assessments,
- Support the monitoring of IT compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or work experience in IT audit, or information security,
- Basic understanding of IT control frameworks,
- Interest in IT compliance and IT audit areas.
