Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (M.Sc. or Ph.D. is a plus).
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in AI applications or technology-driven business analysis.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of NLP concepts such as NER, classification, OCR, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Solution-oriented with strong teamwork, collaboration, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
• A strong willingness to embrace change and pursue continuous learning in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and coding (hands-on experience with Python or SQL is a plus).

Job Description:

• Discover and define areas within banking where AI and NLP can create a measurable business impact.
• Translate complex business problems into clear AI/NLP requirements and technical evaluation criteria.
• Work closely with AI engineers on dataset preparation, annotation processes, and model evaluation.
• Actively participate in prompt design, testing, and the evaluation of LLM outputs.
• Establish and track KPIs for AI systems, including precision, recall, response quality, hallucination rates, and overall business ROI.
• Prepare detailed use case definitions, evaluation reports, and functional documentation for AI products.
• Create high-quality technical documentation, including white papers, end-user guides, project proposals, and progress reports.
