Project Manager

Various Locations Overseas

B.L. Harbert International (BLHI), a USA based international design-build, construction management, and general contracting company, is looking for a Project Manager, who is an experienced construction professional and will oversee all aspects of the building process, working closely with the site engineers and architects to develop, plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects. This role will be located at one of BLHI’s international project sites. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English, as a daily responsibility will be managing on-site construction operations, and managing client expectations, reporting to the general manager, vice president.

  • Subcontractor management
  • Direct hire personnel planning and management
  • Contract and change order management
  • Payment application
  • Cost control and reporting
  • Material procurement management
  • Oversight of Material submittal approvals
  • Oversight of daily construction operations
  • Oversight of daily administration operations
  • Health and Safety policy implementation
  • Quality control policy implementation
  • Progress reporting
  • Project completion and closeout management
  • Other responsibilities as required by BLHI management


Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related fields.
  • 10+ year experience in construction industry as a project manager.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Autodesk suites, Primavera P6
  • OBO or other USA government agency construction experience is preferable
