In this role, you will work directly with the CEO, helping manage priorities, protect time, and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks. This is a high-impact position requiring strong organisation, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Responsibilities
Executive Support (1:1)
- Manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, and daily schedule
- Act as a gatekeeper, protecting focus and time
- Ensure follow-ups and task execution across key areas
- Organise business and personal travel end-to-end
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, and prepare itineraries
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO (EN/RU)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Schedule and prepare meetings
- Take notes, track action points, and ensure follow-through
- Support with personal tasks and day-to-day matters in Dubai when needed
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives (CEO / Founder / C-level)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, task managers like ClickUp, etc.)
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Fluent Russian (C1+)
- Based in Dubai or ready to relocate
