Junior Administrative Clerk to be based in Bergen, Norway International Infrastructure Project
We are seeking a proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Clerk to join a major international infrastructure project based in Bergen, Norway.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in administration, invoicing, and finance support who is looking to be part of a long-term international assignment with strong career development potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Norwegian branch, reporting to the local Administration & Finance Manager.
- Carry out general administrative tasks within the project’s Administration Department.
- Support day-to-day administrative and financial processes in an SAP environment.
- Assist with invoicing, documentation, reporting, and general office administration.
- Work closely with the administration and finance team to ensure smooth operational support.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in administration, invoicing, billing, finance support, or similar administrative roles.
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A high level of English is required.
- Experience in the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sector is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Experience with SAP will be considered a strong advantage.
- Availability to relocate to Bergen, Norway for approximately 3 years.
- Immediate availability or ability to join within 1 month.
