Full-timeProduct Management

About the Role

As one of the first product hires in the UAE, you will own the end‑to‑end journey of our offline payment products — from terminals and merchant apps to internal tools — ensuring they deliver a best‑in‑class experience for UAE merchants. You will bridge the gap between local market needs and our global product‑tech engine, shaping the roadmap, driving product‑market fit, and enabling a seamless go‑to‑market. This is a hands‑on, zero‑to‑one role for a product builder who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about building what merchants truly need.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define & own the UAE product roadmap – prioritize features and enhancements based on local merchant pain points, competitive landscape, and business goals.
  • Drive product discovery & execution
  • Align cross‑functionally for GTM success – partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to define launch plans, ensure smooth rollout, and monitor adoption and feedback.
  • Serve as the local voice of the merchant – develop a deep understanding of UAE SME behaviors, payment habits, and regulatory environment; translate insights into product decisions.
  • Enable merchant & partner onboarding – support technical integration and onboarding processes for key merchants and channel partners.
  • Track, learn, iterate – define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously refine the product to improve retention and satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of B2B product management experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS;
  • Proven experience launching and iterating on products in early‑stage or high‑growth environments; comfortable with ambiguity and moving from insights to execution quickly.
  • Strong collaboration skills – able to work effectively with regional teams.
  • Customer‑obsessed and data‑informed – naturally curious about user behavior and able to use both qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication in English; Mandarin is a bonus.
