A leading high-frequency trading firm in digital assets leverages advanced technology to enhance liquidity and stabilize global cryptocurrency markets. By optimizing bid-ask spreads in spot markets, the firm contributes to fair and consistent pricing across the platforms it operates on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quantitative developers and analysts.
• Traders: Design and execute sophisticated algorithmic trading strategies targeting market inefficiencies.
• Build scalable, efficient, and reliable processes for trading operations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior quantitative trading role, focusing on market making and algorithmic trading - Crypto needed
• Strong understanding of order book mechanics, execution algorithms, and market micro-structure.
• Proven ability to develop and implement high-frequency, low-latency trading systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced programming skills in Python and expertise in low-latency system design.
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols, DeFi ecosystems, and decentralized exchanges.
• Experience designing automated risk management systems for volatile and illiquid markets.

Salary is Base + Bonus
