YOUR JOB

• You design intelligent, adaptive UI systems for high-end interactive installations, touchscreen experiences, and immersive environments, with a strong focus on original, custom-designed experiences
• Think beyond static screens and craft dynamic, interaction-driven experiences built from first principles, not copied, templated, or reused patterns
• You Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and creative teams to prototype, test, and evolve bespoke interaction concepts rapidly
• Use AI tools as creative accelerators for exploration, iteration, and visual experimentation, while ensuring outcomes remain authentic and design-led, not generic
• Clearly articulate design decisions, system logic, and user experience rationale, and confidently explain why specific original design choices were made
• Embrace feedback-led iteration, refining custom designs based on user behavior, insights, and real-world interaction data
• Stay ahead of the curve by tracking design trends, interaction paradigms, and advancements in AI-driven creative technology, without relying on off-the-shelf solutions
• Maintain a mindset of constant learning, experimentation, and future-focused thinking.

Requirements to apply

• You have proven expertise in UI/UX design, ideally within a digital agency or product-driven environment
• Strong experience designing interactive, future-facing applications, including high-end touchscreen systems, large-format displays, and emerging VR/AR platforms
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Solid command of industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects
• A compelling portfolio showcasing real-world UI/UX systems, interaction design, motion-led interfaces, and strong visual thinking
• Experience integrating motion graphics into UI interactions, product storytelling, and explainer experiences
• You have a working knowledge of video and audio pipelines, including compositing, editing, and preparing outputs for multiple digital and display platforms
• AI-First Advantage: Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Mid journey, Sora, Stable Diffusion, and Comfy UI, along with online AI platforms like Higgsfield.ai, Runway ML, Qwen, Nano Banana, Kling and Pixeversa. Familiarity with AI-assisted design, rapid ideation, and generative workflows is a strong plus
