Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Program Manager to design, manage, and execute a portfolio of startup-focused programs within Innovation City.

This role will play a critical part in supporting founders and early-stage companies throughout their journey—from initial setup and onboarding to growth, market access, and scaling. The ideal candidate is passionate about startups, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited about building impactful programs from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end startup programs, including onboarding, incubation, and growth initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for startups, ensuring a seamless and high-quality founder experience
• Support startups in their setup and relocation process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate connections between startups and key ecosystem players, including corporates, partners, and mentors
• Organize and manage program activities such as workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events
• Track startup progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve program effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partnerships, marketing, and operations teams to drive program success
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on program outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in startup ecosystems, accelerators, incubators, venture capital platforms, or innovation hubs
• Strong understanding of startups, entrepreneurship, and early-stage business challenges
• Proven experience managing programs, projects, or communities
