Summary: Engage with Client stakeholders (IT Managers, Directors, VPs/SVPs) as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional data analytics teams to drive high-value solutions. Review and present offshore deliverables, translate requirements from clients, present and defend the analysis, insights & business outcome reviews in front of client stakeholders. Lead onsite delivery, present and defend analysis & solution outcome, support presales, and nurture client relationships at account level. Leverage visualization or BI tools/dashboard development experience and provide clear guidelines for development teams. Lead delivery teams to ensure client account success while providing presales support as needed.


Desired Experience :

o Total Exp required: 8+ yrs

o Consulting exp: 3+yrs

o Relevant Industry experience (CPG): 3+yrs

o Stakeholder engagement : VP/SVP’s, Director, cross functional Data science teams


Role & Responsibilities :

o Leading client workshops where broad vision and ambiguous business problems are articulated to be solved through data science and AI

o Define business problems concisely, consolidate the findings and hypothesize the proposed solution

o Independently liaise with customers and convincingly present solutions in an unstructured and

ever-changing client environment. Be able to independently question the customer, when required.

o Own & drive execution of the data analytics roadmap by demonstrating techno-functional consulting, stakeholder management capabilities in collaboration with data science SMEs and teams.

o Measure and articulate how solutions and results improve clients’ objectives

o Perform a role that involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement

o Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.


Primary Skills (Mandatory)

o Visualization Tools: Tableau, Power BI

o Databases : Relational Databases, Cloud Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)

o Programming languages : SQL, Python

o Excellent analytical, and numerical skills

o Proven exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical

thought to innovatively think through a problem and develop solutions

o Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis

o Should have developed new consulting business capabilities within target Industry verticals

o Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles conversant with process

improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics and experience management, architecture

assessments etc.

o Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the industry role

o Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams

Secondary Skills (Good to have):

o Understanding of applications of statistical and machine learning algorithms

o Understanding of ML/analytical solution development using Python

o Experience with analytics consulting

o Experience of working with CPG data with exposure to RGM(Revenue growth management), E

comm analytics, customer analytics and MMM/MTA.

o Data Engineering experience
