Role Overview

This role supports the implementation, operation, and maintenance of ICT security infrastructure and cybersecurity systems that enable Government Agencies to meet operational and system requirements. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, ensure compliance with governance and security requirements, and support the lifecycle management of cybersecurity initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise ICT and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
  • Lead project management and implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system design reviews, documentation, risk assessment, and audit management.
  • Translate operational requirements into business cases and technical specifications, and evaluate solutions that best meet organisational needs.
  • Maintain full visibility of project progress, ensuring timely resolution of both technical and non-technical issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, industry partners, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered successfully and remain compliant throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance through regular tracking and reporting to ensure alignment with governance, risk, audit requirements, processes, and service level expectations.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues, perform investigation and analysis, and recommend solutions to resolve system-related problems.
  • Conduct procurement activities, including evaluation of system proposals in accordance with Government tendering and quotation procedures.
  • Provide cybersecurity support to related initiatives and undertake additional responsibilities when required.


Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen.
  • 3-4 years of project management experience in the implementation of ICT systems or infrastructure.
  • Prior experience working within government-related environments is preferred.
  • Proven experience in risk management, change management, and system management.
  • Strong project, vendor, and contract management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering results.
  • Able to work effectively under time pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, and cybersecurity.
