Position: Fullstack Developer (React/Node.js)

Type: Full-time

Compensation: $230K–$280K/year

Location: Remote

Commitment: 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end fullstack systems supporting core product workflows.
• Architect and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (preferably NestJS).
• Build high-performance frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and long-term data models using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ambiguous requirements into production-ready systems.
• Maintain system reliability by debugging production issues and improving observability.
• Establish and uphold engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Make strategic trade-offs between speed, scalability, and correctness in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and owning production-grade fullstack systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backend environments.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred).
• Experience building frontend applications using React.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs at scale.
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, or distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Redis, queues, or asynchronous job processing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
