Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives in Medical Affairs to support a shift toward a patient-centric healthcare model

- Analyze internal and external healthcare ecosystems to identify opportunities for innovation and improved patient engagement

- Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize business outcomes and improve healthcare delivery. Required Skills:
- Strong experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry
- Experience with digital transformation, product management, and strategic initiatives
- Knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and healthcare data systems
- Understanding of Clinical Trials, Patient Safety, and Medical Affairs operations
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field (e.g., Integrative Biology)
- Master's degree in Healthcare, Business, or related discipline preferred
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry
