We invite an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP and React.js skills to join our team. You'll play a key role in developing a new subproduct within our client's portfolio - a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years of commercial experience with PHP, knowledge of PHP frameworks (Zend, Laravel, Symfony)
• Proven experience in frontend development with React.js
• Strong MongoDB skills
• Experience with unit testing
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

In this role, you'll join our globally distributed team of experts to deliver high-quality software, enhance existing features, and create new functionalities that meet diverse business and user needs.

• Collaborate with the team on system enhancements and new product features
• Help reduce technical debt by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvements
• Take part in reviewing and assessing technical solutions
• Work with the team to estimate and break down project tasks
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Contribute to bug-fixing and troubleshooting
• Continuously improve your technical knowledge, learn new technologies, and stay up-to-date with industry trends
