Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong API and integration project experience to lead Agile teams delivering scalable digital and enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, API-driven architecture, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support teams working on API development, microservices, and system integrations
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of API-based solutions
- Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on Sprint goals and delivery timelines
- Monitor team performance, velocity, and Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation for API and integration projects
- Promote Agile best practices, transparency, and collaboration across teams
- Coordinate with multiple teams to manage dependencies in complex integration environments. Required Skills:
- 14+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong experience working with API development, RESTful services, and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams. Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and API lifecycle management
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise integration projects
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
