Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams to deliver high-quality products by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance team productivity, and support continuous delivery.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to improve efficiency and collaboration
- Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to track progress and deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile development environments
