We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senioe Planning Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join our client-side project management team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Primavera P6 and proven experience working on large residential and hotel mixed-use developments.
This role will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and revised schedules as required.
- Review and analyze contractor schedules for logic, resource loading, and compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
- Conduct delay analysis and identify critical path activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to track milestones and key deliverables.
- Evaluate extension of time (EOT) claims and provide planning-related assessments.
- Support risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction schedules.
- Participate in progress meetings and provide schedule insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of planning experience in large residential and/or hotel mixed-use developments.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of project planning principles, critical path method (CPM), and delay analysis.
- Experience working client-side or with PMC teams is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
