Forte Group is looking for an experienced Accessibility Full Stack Engineer to help ensure the client B2B platform is fully accessible and compliant with modern web accessibility standards. This is a technical role where the engineer will both identify accessibility issues and directly implement fixes.

Our client provides leading technology and services to the golf industry across the United States and Great Britain, including software that manages tee sheets, point-of-sale systems, and reservation services. Its focus is on providing an excellent experience for golfers and ensuring the smooth operation of golf courses.

Responsibilities

• Lead accessibility improvements across B2B2C web and mobile applications
• Remediate accessibility issues across multiple codebases
• Work directly within engineering teams to implement accessibility fixes in code

Qualifications

• Strong experience implementing WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 accessibility standards
• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
• A strong background working across multiple front-end frameworks, including:, React/Next.js, WordPress, AngularJS
• Some experience with iOS and Android mobile development, preferably with .NET MAUI
• Familiarity with screen reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS).
• Strong understanding of:

- semantic HTML

- ARIA usage

- keyboard navigation and focus management

- accessible forms and interactive components

Experience

• Experience implementing WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards for B2B2C web and mobile applications
• Experience remediating accessibility in React, Next.js, AngularJS, and WordPress
• Experience with semantic HTML, ARIA usage, and complex focus management
• Experience testing with screen readers including NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS
• Experience developing accessible mobile components using .NET MAUI
