About The Project
This is an enterprise-level project in the Hospitality sector, involving high-traffic web solutions and complex integrations. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management roles within dynamic environments, with a proven track record of meeting business objectives.
- Enterprise-level Experience: Proven history of managing enterprise clients and overseeing multiple concurrent small-scale projects.
- Agile Expertise: Expert proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Delivery Focused: Strong ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled at aligning team output with client expectations and navigating complex stakeholder needs.
- Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Adaptability: A quick learner who adapts seamlessly to new tools and evolving processes.
- Organization: High-level multitasking and organizational discipline.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced proficiency.
Experience leading Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of 5–10 members, managing utilization, motivation, and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Performance Management: Proactively suggest and implement staff changes based on team performance and project needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage 2–6 stakeholders simultaneously, keeping everyone updated and providing comprehensive status reports every two weeks.
- Planning & Estimation: Lead the estimation process, define resource requirements (in collaboration with Business Analysts), and build detailed project timelines.
- Quality Control: Ensure all projects remain within scope and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement recovery strategies to keep timelines on track.
