Our Work Spans Two Core Areas
- Game Development — browser-first games for global audiences, centered on reward-driven progression and long-term engagement.
- Digital Advertising — high-performance advertising and affiliate platforms across Web2 and Web3 markets.
- 5+ years of professional Unity development experience and 3+ years with C#;
- Strong proficiency in C# fundamentals (LINQ, delegates, events, async/await, generics) and asynchronous programming patterns;
- Deep understanding of Unity architectural patterns (MVC, ECS, ScriptableObject architecture, dependency injection) and performance optimization best practices;
- Strong experience with data persistence solutions (SQL, NoSQL, cloud storage, binary serialization formats);
- Strong understanding of system design principles, design patterns, and software architecture best practices;
- Strong experience in real-time multiplayer game development in Unity, including networking, client-server architecture, and latency optimization.
- Proficiency with IoC/DI container frameworks (Zenject, VContainer, Extenject) for scalable architecture;
- Experience developing custom Editor tools and extensions to improve development pipeline efficiency;
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) and ability to integrate them into daily development workflow.
