Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Core PHP and PHP 7/8
- Design and optimize MySQL/SQL databases and queries
- Develop applications using MVC frameworks such as Laravel (preferred), CodeIgniter, Yii2, or Symfony
- Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with front-end developers using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
- Follow OOP principles and MVC architecture
- Debug issues and support performance optimization
- Implement basic security best practices (SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF prevention)
- Use Git/SVN for version control and collaboration
- Assist with caching strategies and deployment activities when required
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development
- Strong knowledge of PHP 7/8 and MySQL
- Practical experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks
- Good understanding of OOP concepts and MVC architecture
- Experience with API integration and debugging
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
- Basic understanding of unit testing (PHPUnit)
- Familiarity with Git/SVN
- Exposure to caching mechanisms or cloud platforms is a plus
