Role Overview:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of full-time experience to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly digital experiences across mobile and website platforms.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces for websites, mobile apps, landing pages, and digital platforms
• Handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, tech, and account management teams for smooth execution
• Translate client briefs and business goals into functional and visually strong design solutions
• Ensure consistency across design systems, components, and brand guidelines
• Participate in design discussions, feedback loops, and revision cycles with internal teams and clients

Skills & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of full-time UI/UX design experience
• Prior experience with a reputed design studio / creative digital agency
• Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of tools such as FigJam, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InVision, Miro, Webflow/Framer is a plus
• Good understanding of responsive design, usability, typography, layouts, and interaction design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
