Currie & Brown is seeking a Data Analyst based in Noida to support the management and analysis of building condition survey data for our UK Building Surveying team.

This role will support large-scale asset management and condition survey programmes delivered across the UK. The successful candidate will work closely with surveyors, asset managers and digital teams to review, structure, validate and analyse building asset data collected through field surveys.

The role will also contribute to the development of centralised data platforms using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse and Power BI) to support asset lifecycle management, reporting and analytics.

The position forms part of Currie & Brown’s global digital delivery capability, providing data management and analytics support to international projects.


Key responsibilities:

  • Survey Data Review & Quality Assurance
  • Reviewing condition survey datasets submitted by survey teams to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Cleaning and validating data received from survey platforms and spreadsheets
  • Identifying inconsistencies or missing information and coordinating with UK survey teams to resolve issues
  • Asset Data Management
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of structured asset registers and lifecycle datasets
  • Organising asset condition, lifecycle and cost data within centralised data repositories
  • Maintaining data consistency using standardised asset taxonomies
  • Data Platform Support (Desirable)
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of Power Apps and Dataverse environments used to store survey and asset data
  • Supporting integration of survey data into centralised databases
  • Maintaining structured data environments using SharePoint or Dataverse
  • Reporting & Data Insights
  • Developing dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI
  • Supporting analysis of lifecycle costs, maintenance backlog and asset condition risk
  • Producing structured datasets for use in client reporting and strategic asset planning
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Supporting improvements to survey data workflows and digital tools
  • Contributing to the development of internal data standards and best practices


Essential qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or data management


Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years relevant experience


Essential sector experience required:

  • Strong experience managing and analysing large structured datasets
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Understanding of data cleaning, validation and database organisation
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or structured data environments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teams located internationally


Preferred sector experience required:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Dataverse)
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python or other data scripting tools
  • Experience working with construction, engineering or asset management datasets
  • Experience building automated reporting or data dashboards

  • Ability to work independently with remote teams
  • High attention to detail
