Scrum Master

Scrum Master – 6 months – Inside IR35 - Remote / UK based

A global client of Lorien is currently seeking a Scrum Master to support the rollout and integration of mobile and web product across their business. In this role, you will drive SAFe Agile delivery, remove impediments, and enable high-performing teams in a complex, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Remove impediments, manage risks, and track dependencies
• Coach teams on SAFe Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
• Support planning, forecasting, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master and PM/Delivery Lead in a SAFe environment
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with vendor/partner management
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models
• Experience working with global/offshore teams
