Due to continued growth and success in our QLD business unit Georgiou – Strabag is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Document Controller.

- Oversee and ensure compliance with the established document naming conventions in use by the business
- Ensure documents are checked, reviewed, registered and distributed in accordance with the established procedures or standards
- Process outgoing documentation to Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers/3rd parties.
- Monitor technical documents review and approval in accordance with agreed programme
- Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required
- A dministration or document control experience required (upload/manage files, draft mail items and transmittals)
- Working with the Quality Manager in overseeing and ensuring compliance with the established document naming conventions
- Experience with document management systems and software, particularly Team Binder/In-Eight
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to liaise with diverse project stakeholders
- Ability to format documents and templates in Microsoft word and Excel at an intermediate level
