Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Platform Engineer at IBM, you'll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating managed services on a large fleet of Kubernetes clusters.
- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Automating infrastructure provisioning and securing software delivery.
- Working closely with development teams to streamline operations.
- Leading Technological Innovation through Collaboration: Collaborate with development peers and lead the way staying up to date with tools and technology trends.

- Extensive experience with containers, especially in Kubernetes.
- Proficient in GitOps tools (Argo CD)
- Solid understanding of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and adjacent infrastructure components such as networking and firewalls
- Proficient in any modern CI/CD tools
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and security tools
- Experience in IaC (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience in working with Scrum / SAFe
- Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
- Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit.
- Certified and experienced in OpenShift
- Experience using Vault
- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Tekton, Maven)
- Knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g. Golang, Java, …)
