Engineering Lead (JAVA/Kotlin)
Hyber is partnering with a high-growth AI Health Tech company that is scaling its engineering capability in Sydney. With a strong product foundation and increasing demand, the team is looking for an Engineering Lead to drive technical direction and mentor a growing team of engineers.
The hiring team is looking for experienced engineers who have led or mentored teams, with a strong background in Java and Kotlin, and a proven track record building scalable backend systems in product or enterprise environments.
This is an on-site role based in Sydney and a player-coach position, sitting at the intersection of hands-on engineering and technical leadership.
Remuneration:
Between $160K to 170K + super + benefits
No sponsorship is available, and prior experience working in Australia is important.
