  • Drive pipeline development, conversion, and profitable delivery in partnership with Growth teams
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing cyber team across technical, consulting, and operational functions
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex cyber security matters

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across government and enterprise clients
  • Represent the organisation in executive forums, client engagements, and industry events
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure quality, compliance, and high client satisfaction
  • Ensure alignment with key frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and Essential Eight
  • Manage risk, governance, and incident response oversight across cyber services
  • Identify and implement process and tooling improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class solutions

What you'll bring:

  • Proven extensive experience in a senior cyber security leadership role within managed services or technology environments
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling cyber capabilities or practices
  • Experience working with government (federal, state, local) and enterprise clients
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, delivery, and profitability
  • Experience leading complex deals and influencing strategic outcomes
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with strong executive presence and credibility
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop multidisciplinary teams
  • Track record of owning or influencing P&L performance
