Project Manager – Remediation Programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end remediation initiatives across consumer and corporate banking services.
  • Manage project delivery lifecycle including scoping, design, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Coordinate across project squads and centralized payment/communication teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder forums, working groups, and governance meetings.
  • Manage remediation documentation including program plans, risk registers, and remediation frameworks.
  • Oversee preparation and validation of remediation payment files.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

Required Experience

  • Strong experience delivering remediation or regulatory programs within financial services.
  • Proven project management experience across large enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience working with risk, compliance, hardship, or estates management processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
  • Experience in program governance, reporting, and risk management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on data remediation or customer remediation programs.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven remediation frameworks.
