The team you will join plays a critical role in shaping analytics products and driving value through data within the Personal Banking domain.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand use cases and identify opportunities for data-driven and AI-enabled solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and analytical deliverables
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to deliver actionable insights
• Apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve business problems
• Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Define and standardise business metrics, data sources, and reporting frameworks
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to influence decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional analytics and data teams across the organisation
• Support the delivery of scalable data solutions aligned to business priorities
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and data management standards

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Analysis roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and/or PySpark
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of data models, reporting metrics, and data pipeline concepts
• Experience working with large and complex datasets, including handling missing or unstructured data
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

• Experience within banking or financial services, particularly in Personal Banking
• Exposure to customer analytics, product performance, or channel analysis
• Experience in presenting insights to senior stakeholders
• Experience in improving or optimising existing analytics frameworks or products
• Understanding of risk, compliance, and governance considerations in data environments
