Senior Data Analyst | Dashboard Development & Business Insights

An opportunity has opened for a Data Analyst who enjoys building dashboards, working closely with the business, and translating complex data into meaningful insights that support better decisions.

You will join a collaborative and high performing team where your work will directly influence operational performance, planning and strategic initiatives. This role combines technical capability with strong stakeholder engagement, giving you the chance to shape how data is used across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to scope, design and deliver intuitive dashboards

• Building and enhancing dashboards in Tableau to support business performance and operational reporting

• Working with large datasets using SQL, Snowflake and Postgres to extract, transform and analyse data

• Preparing and transforming datasets using Tableau Prep

• Supporting data analysis and reporting initiatives that provide insights across financial and operational metrics

• Identifying data quality issues and ensuring integrity across systems

• Enabling stakeholders to confidently explore and use data through well designed reporting and guidance

What we’re looking for

• Experience building dashboards in Tableau

• Strong data analysis capability with the ability to translate data into clear insights

• Experience working with large datasets in a business environment

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Experience with Snowflake or Postgres

• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

• The ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements into reporting solutions
