As part of our global expansion, we are looking for a results-driven Crypto Affiliate Program Manager to lead and grow our affiliate network across Latin America, with a strong focus on Argentina. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to directly influence user acquisition and revenue growth in one of the most dynamic crypto markets in the world.

• Develop, launch, and manage a high-performing crypto affiliate program tailored to the LATAM market.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners including influencers, media buyers, trading communities, and content creators.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent engagement and performance growth.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze campaign performance, and optimize conversion funnels to maximize ROI.
• Design and implement incentive structures, commission models, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align affiliate strategies with broader business goals.
• Track market trends, competitor programs, and emerging opportunities within the crypto and affiliate landscape.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies.

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or online trading industry.
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, hybrid models, and performance marketing metrics.
• Established network of affiliates or partners in LATAM (Argentina strongly preferred).
• Solid knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, and user behavior.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tracking platforms and performance tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Spanish is a strong advantage).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
