We are looking for a Chief Security Engineer to strengthen security across our Gen AI Platform and safeguard AI-based products end-to-end.
You will shape security architecture, lead Secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices, and guide teams on threat modeling, compliance, and AI/ML risks. Apply now to help us build robust, compliant, and efficient systems
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement security for full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components
- Develop and maintain DevSecOps pipelines such as SAST, SCA, DAST, and secret scanning
- Run threat modeling exercises and enforce least-privilege access principles
- Lead security initiatives for flagship AI products
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 while supporting audits
- Mentor engineers and reinforce a security-first culture across teams
- Optimize security tooling and evolve best practices continuously
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in cloud security engineering with AWS or Azure
- Hands-on expertise in Python and Bash for security automation
- Advanced competency in CI/CD security integration
- Strong background in threat modeling and security architecture
- Proficiency in securing containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of AI/ML security challenges
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Relevant security certifications (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Familiarity with healthcare data security regulations
- Knowledge of LLM-specific security considerations
