Full-timeRemote Friendly

Is this you?

✅ You've inherited a broken ad account and turned it around without breaking a sweat

✅ You can explain CPL, CAC, ROAS and creative strategy to a CMO and a nervous founder — and they both leave the call feeling confident

✅ You see a TikTok trend and immediately think "how do we make this work for a $100k MBA program"

✅ You've managed people who are better at their speciality than you — and made them even better

✅ You don't hide behind jargon when campaigns underperform. You own it, fix it, and present the solution before anyone asks

If that sounds like your Monday morning, keep reading.

LURN MEDIA is the leading paid social & creative agency for education. We've worked with 100+ education brands in 26 countries and managed $15M+ in ad spend and produced over 10,000 ads.

We're scaling fast — and we need someone who can own a portfolio of high-stakes education clients, lead a pod of specialists, and actually move the needle.

We're hiring a Head of Paid Social (100% Remote).

What you'll actually be doing:

🎯 Own client results — Oversee $20K–$150K in monthly ad spend across Meta & TikTok (some LinkedIn, Google & YouTube) for 8–10 education clients. CPL reductions, ROAS improvements, enrollment growth. These are your targets. You own them.

🤝 Be the strategic partner clients brag about — Lead monthly strategy calls and quarterly business reviews with C-suite clients. Translate messy marketing metrics into business impact they actually care about. Be the person they trust, not the agency they tolerate.

👥 Lead your pod like you mean it — Manage and mentor 3–4 specialists (media buyer, creative strategists, designers). Weekly syncs, real feedback, genuine development. Build the kind of team where people level up fast.

📈 Drive growth, not just maintenance — Develop quarterly growth roadmaps, spot upsell opportunities (new platforms, creative packages, consulting), and make sure LURN MEDIA feels like a partner — not a vendor sending invoices.

🎓 Apply our Scroll-to-Enroll Formula — Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates and best practices so your clients are always playing offence, not catch-up.

The role is NOT for you if:

❌ You need someone else to tell you what's wrong with an ad account

❌ You give clients good-news-only updates and hope the bad stuff fixes itself

❌ You've "managed people" but can't point to how you actually made them better

❌ You think creative strategy means picking stock photos and writing "Apply Now"

❌ You're looking for a chill role where you maintain the status quo

It IS for you if:

✅ You have 4–5+ years experience as a Senior Growth, Performance or Full-Stack Marketer at a marketing agency — Meta, TikTok, Google, funnels, landing pages, the works

✅ You've developed creative strategies, briefed designers and editors, and understand why platform-native content crushes polished corporate video

✅ You've managed 3–4 person teams and have receipts — people you mentored, processes you built, results you drove

✅ You've worked with education, high-ticket B2C, B2B SaaS or info products — anything where the sales cycle is weeks and months, not minutes

✅ You're a native-level English speaker based in CET ±2 hours

✅ You think in systems. You've built SOPs, documented processes, created training materials — because you know that's what actually scales

What's in it for you:

🌍 100% remote — work from wherever. Two requirements: reliable Wi-Fi and results

💥 Real ownership — you'll run your own pod from day one, not shadow someone else's decisions

📈 High growth environment — we're scaling aggressively in 2026 and this role grows with us

🏖️ Annual team retreat — one workation a year with the full crew

📚 Learning budget — we invest in people who invest in themselves

💸 €54,000-€72,000 base salary + performance bonus — we reward people who actually deliver

We're looking for the person who reads "8–10 clients, $150K monthly ad spend, lead a pod" and thinks finally — not that sounds like a lot.

Are you that person?
