We are supporting my client on a major data center project in Austria, and we are seeking a construction manager who will act as a PMC for this project you will be responsible for managing all the construction companies on the site, this role is an important role and we are looking for an experienced profile with the following experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the client/PMC representative overseeing construction activities delivered by the main contractor and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress, schedule, and quality to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Oversee installation and integration of Building Management Systems (BMS) and other mission-critical infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and commissioning requirements.
• Provide regular progress reporting and interface directly with the end client.

Your profile:

• 10+ year of Proven experience on data center or mission-critical facility projects.
• Strong understanding of BMS / building management systems in critical environments.
• Experience working client-side or within a PMC environment.
• Ability to oversee contractors and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
