We are on the lookout for an Full stack Developer to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Brussels in an Far site position (Fully remote).

For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.

Below are the details of your role and requirements.

Your Role

  • Designing UI for new requested features.
  • Improving the User experience of the existing features.
  • Implementing new requested features.
  • Writing test case scenarios (unit and UI).
  • Writing documentation.
  • Performing maintenance and optimisation of the source code

Requirements

Who we think you are:

  • At least 10 years of working experience as a full stack developer
  • Working experience with Python, JavaScript and Web technologies (HTML, CSS and SCSS)
  • Working experience with software testing methodologies like unit testing, integration testing or end-to-end testing
  • Experience with git and tools like GitHub and Gitlab
  • Strong knowledge of container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) and their security management

The Following Analytical Skills Are Required

  • A high level of customer orientation
  • Hands-on working experience in UI/UX design
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the development process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with a large amount of information in a limited time.
  • Excellent documentation skills: ability to create clear and concise technical documentation and guides.
  • Working experience with tools such as Figma, Penpot…
  • Team collaboration: experience working in a collaborative environment, with a focus on remote development setups, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams.

The Following Skills Are Also Good To Have

Experience of working in European Commission

Familiarity with CRM Systems (VTiger CRM preferred)

Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/Active Directory)

Experience in FastAPI, Pyramid framework

Experience in Jinja templatin
