About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure PM for a major railway IT organization in Belgium. The role leads end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure initiatives including integration services, API platforms and network/cloud infrastructure, in a regulated public-sector environment.
What You'll Do
Experience: 15+ years IT; 10+ years PM; 3+ years integration/infrastructure projects
Technical Skills: IT infrastructure (Network, Cloud, Integration, API); public sector tendering preferred
Soft Skills: Strong planning and communication; stakeholder management; governance mindset

About The Role

- Define and manage scope, objectives and deliverables with architects and technical leads
- Manage project plans, schedules and budgets
- Act as primary liaison between client, partners and IT delivery teams
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues
- Report regularly on status, risks and decisions
Experience: 15+ years IT; 10+ years PM; 3+ years integration/infrastructure projects
Technical Skills: IT infrastructure (Network, Cloud, Integration, API); public sector tendering preferred

Nice to Have
- Public transport IT experience
- Service delivery & support expertise (SLAs, KPIs)
- Dutch or French: C level (required)
- The other national language: B2 (required)
- English: B2 (required)

- Work model: Hybrid (2 days on-site, Thursday mandatory)
